All leases at University Edge are individual, per-bed leases. You’ll sign for your own bedroom within the apartment and share common areas with your roommates. This means you’re only responsible for your own rent and are not affected if a roommate misses a payment. 

University Edge offers Studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments for rent. 

University Edge Cincinnati offers fully furnished apartments designed for convenience and comfort. The kitchens are equipped with white appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and in-unit washer and dryer. The living area features a couch, entertainment center, side table, coffee table, accent chair, and bar stools. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed with a mattress, a desk with a chair, two dressers, and a nightstand. Please note that you will need to bring your own dish ware, bedding, clothing, and any other personal items. 

High-speed internet, Trash, Water, and Sewer are included with the monthly rent amount. Residents are billed back for their electricity usage.

A security deposit or a guarantor are two forms of our qualifying options. Please contact the leasing office to see which options would work best for you. 

The leases at University Edge are 12-term leases starting August 18th 2026 and running through July 31st 2027. The community may have summer move ins available for 2026 on a select basis. Please contact the Leasing Office to learn more. 

The application is submitted online via our website. Once the application is submitted and approved, the lease will be sent out electronically. 

Yes! We offer roommate matching to help you find a compatible living situation. During the application process, you’ll complete a roommate questionnaire covering your major, hobbies, and lifestyle preferences. We encourage you to answer honestly so we can match you with roommates who have similar habits and interests. You can also sign with your preselected roommates if you already have someone in mind. 

Yes! Parents/Guarantors will be given access to submit payments through our payment portal. 

Rent is due on the first of each month and is paid through the resident portal. 

Yes, we offer parking in the attached parking lot for $125/month per vehicle. 

The University of Cincinnati shuttle stops right in front of our community as part of their route. There is also a public bus stop around the corner from the community - roughly a 5-minute walk. University Edge is a roughly a 10-minute walk to main campus, and a 5-7 minute walk to the medical campus. 

On-site management, award-winning maintenance staff with under a 24-hr work order completion rate, movie theater, fitness center, computer lap with free printing, courtyard with seating and a grill, and a clubhouse with coffee bar. 

University Edge offers maintenance services for residents. Requests can be submitted online through the resident portal. 

For urgent maintenance emergencies, please contact the office during business hours or follow the after-hours call prompt. The phone number for the office is (513) 861-3343. Emergency requests may also be submitted through the resident portal by selecting emergency priority. For life threatening emergencies, please contact 911. 

The community is not pet-friendly at this time.
